Create a Chicago Style formatted citation for a Web page by filling in as many boxes as you can. In some cases, information may not be available. If so, leave those fields blank.

Webpage Format:

Author. Date. "Title or Description of Page." Title or Owner of site. Last modified or Accessed. URL.

Last Modified

Follow this format: Month Day, Year. Look for the date last updated or modified. If unavailable, leave blank.

Date of Access or Viewing

If you can't find the publication date or last modified date, enter the date you accessed the information. Follow this format: Year Month Date (don't use any punctuation--the wizard will add that).
