In Time offers video vignettes of PreK-12 teachers integrating technology into their classrooms using numerous teaching strategies. The In Time database of online video can be searched a number of ways, including by subject and grade level: http://www.intime.uni.edu/video.html. This FREE professional development resource helps teachers quickly and easily find standards-based Mathline video clips and lesson plans on different mathematical topics and teaching techniques for grades K-12.
This is another wonderful online resource from PBS. You can search the archive by keyword or category for streaming video clips from 13 years worth of episodes. Categories span all of the sciences from archeology to cognitive psychology. Each program is accompanied by an online quiz, as well as extensive teaching guides in PDF format. A listserv is also available.
PBS has many databases with standards aligned lesson plans. This valuable resource can be search by keyword, with subject matter and grade level limits.
